Notes re Counterstrike

Heard about something coming in the New Year, by my lighter refraction. I've been working an operation to illustrate some problems in Ontario since near the beginning of the plandemic, and certain items have coalesced. Stay tuned, next gradual drop is gonna be around Jan26. and the apparent target will be the expostulation of why certain individuals think that it's safe to be a bully when protected by their ignorance and ignominy of corporate kleptocracy..

  • A "hitlist" is generally defined as:
    1. a list of potential murder victims,
    2. a  list designating a target, as for attack, coercion, or elimination.
    3. a roster of potential victims, especially a list of people to be killed.

In this player's situation at present, a Hitlist is intended to indicate the existence of a series of metaphorical baseballs or targets which have been thrown during the plandemic idiocy threats to be dealt with or generally "eliminated" from the nest of target designation.

Enjoy the show, as even the socialist Nietzsche made a rational designation. Namely that:

  • Sometimes people don’t want to hear the truth because they don’t want their illusions destroyed.
    •    -Frederick Nietzsche

I'm not sure, but it might include disclosure about certain activities, and the requisite fraudulence commission against the Judicial Administration and/or the commission of fraudulent juriprudence.

In PP v DD (Ont CA, 2017) the Court of Appeal states the elements of the tort of negligent misrepresentation succinctly as follows:

  • [41] To succeed on a civil claim for fraudulent misrepresentation, the appellant must establish the following:
    1. the representation was made by the respondent;
    2. the respondent knew that the representation was false or was recklessly indifferent to its truth or falsity;
    3. the false statement was material and by it the appellant was induced to act; and
    4. the appellant suffered damages:
      • Bruno Appliance and Furniture, Inc. v. Hryniak, 2014 SCC 8 (CanLII), [2014] 1 S.C.R. 126, at para. 21;
      • see also Parna v. G&S Properties Ltd. (1970), 1970 CanLII 25 (SCC), 15 D.L.R. (3d) 336 (S.C.C.) at p. 344.[1] The Supreme Court of Canada has consistently recognized that “fraud without damage gives... no cause of action”:
        Hryniak at para. 20.

Enjoy the show.

Good morning everyone,

Justice Matheson directs as follows:

This LTB appeal will be heard on June 14, 2023, by a Zoom virtual hearing.  The appellant Mr. Testes has requested accommodation in order, as put in his email, that he and his wife not be harassed or subject to malevolent actions at their court hearing.

Please be advised that the panel of three judges conducting the hearing will ensure that it is conducted in an appropriate fashion.  If you have any concerns at the hearing, you may raise them with the panel.

Mr. Testes also asks for a printout of the proceedings.  It is not clear what he is requesting.  If he seeks a paper copy of the Court documents of the landlord and the LTB that respond to the appeal, he should make that request of those parties.  If that request is made, the Court directs that those parties provide the Appellants with a Paper Copy.

  • Regards,

The enclosed is an interview between Sherbourne Place Security and tenant Mr DAVID BAYLES in what constitutes construction of a fraudulent legal case before the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Enjoy the show as I have a lot of work to do from on the streets of Toronto after being unlawfully evicted from my contract of residence at:

  • #2709-565 Sherbourne St
  • Toronto, ON

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Hey, how's it going?

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • All right.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Were you the individual that had that confrontation with that gentleman, I believe, on Monday? Well, a confrontation.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Yeah.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Yeah, exactly. So pretty much, we wanted to follow up with you only because I personally don't think it's right that he for what he did. And we did submit our report, but I just wanted to more so get a statement from you and see if, you know, if there's anything you want to add to our reports as well, Madeline is aware as well.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Absolutely.
Okay, so it's not just that one incident.
He refuses to wear a mask.
Not just I neglected to, I forgot to.
He outright is defiant to wearing a mask.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Okay.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • And anytime you see someone wearing a mask, you will basically openly mock them for wearing one.
Basically, they're someone informed, you know, and he starts spouting pseudoscience about, you know, masks removing your immune system and all that kind of crap.
So, you know, so basically every time he sees me, I'm hearing him basically openly mocking me for wearing a mask.
So when I got on the elevator with him, he was just basically more of the same with him and is wife.
And I just basically, I had a knock and I said, look, I'm immunocompromised. People like you are making my life that much more difficult in this pandemic.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Right.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • At which point, he starts screaming obscenities at me.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Okay.
Do you remember what he said to you when you guys got to the lobby?

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • How dare I say anything to him and his wife, you know, basically along those lines and just, you know, basically screaming obscenities and, you know, as far as he was concerned, you know, I openly attacked him.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Right.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • You know, even though I just basically said, look, you know, you guys are wearing masks, you know, that's not fair.
And he basically just blew up at me over it.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Okay. All right, because again, we just wanted to get more information for our reports so that way we can submit more to Medallion.
    • Our report was already written as well as video footage in terms of our response to everything that went on that day.
    • So we're just trying to get everything put together and then see if Medallion could, you know, escalate it to where it needs to be.
  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • All right.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • But definitely wanted to follow up with you and see if everything was okay with you.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • I don't know.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Okay.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • My only concern is that a guy who is that temperamental could just as easily decide as soon as he sees me that he's just going to start up again.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Okay.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • So that's my concern is I haven't seen him yet so far since that incident.
But if he sees me again, I'm concerned that he may just decide to, you know, start blowing up at me in a second time just because I'm there.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • No, 100%.
Well, you have securities number as well, correct?

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Okay.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Do you have a card?

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Yeah, I do.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • Here you go.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Fantastic. Thank you.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • No problem.
So if you find yourself in any situation, I'm more than glad to come see you.
Take a statement and just try to, you know, rectify the issue.
As fast as possible, but Medallion is aware as well.
      We are aware.
So we actually keep our eye out.
Make sure, you know, everybody's okay at 565.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • All right.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Thank you very much.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • No problem.

  • Mr DAVID BAYLES:
    • Thank you so much for your time.

  • MEDALLION CORPORATION:
    • No problem.
